Marsha Pilgrim, MSP Consulting, Dental Practice Management Consultant

Marsha, President of MSP Consulting, has over 25 years experience in the dental office, first as a registered dental assistant and then as office manager. She has spent the last 6 years as a dental management consultant and enjoys helping other offices put systems in place to make their offices productive and stress free.

She has experience in scheduling, collections and setting production goals and obtaining them. She has worked with computers in the dental office for over 15 years and is a certified trainer for Dentrix and Paperless Technologies.

Marsha is a certified Employee Law Compliance consultant with Bent Ericksen & Associates, a member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants and The Speaking Consulting Network.
