Fran is a certified training and development professional with extensive skills in facilitation, communications, training, coaching and professional development. One area of expertise is working with leaders and their teams by using performance management assessments to unlock talent by tapping into Emotional Intelligence factors and behavioral traits.

She is a certified consultant with human resource and personnel policy firm Bent Ericksen & Associates, as well as being their lead certified consultant for Integrated Performance Management (IPM), a tool which is used for hiring, team building, leadership development and employee motivation.

In 2012 Fran was named as a Certified Facilitator of the Appreciation at Work training process. She completed the training developed by Paul White, Ph.D., co-author of The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering Organizations by Encouraging People, and is now authorized to conduct training seminars to organizations and work-based teams with the Appreciation at Work curriculum, including "MBA: Motivating by Appreciation".

Fran also coaches other consultants on how to achieve their goals and "make the impossible possible".
